  • How can I redeem my voucher?
    To redeem your vouchers, simply mention this email when you book your appointment or present it during your visit. Our team will guide you through the process.
  • Do I need to make a purchase to use the eye examination voucher?
    Absolutely not! There is no obligation to make a purchase. We offer the complimentary advanced eye examination to ensure your eyes are in the best health and that you're aware of any needs you might have.
  • Can I use the £50 voucher for any eyewear?
    Indeed, you can! The £50 voucher can be applied towards any complete eyewear purchase in our store (frame and lenses). This includes Varifocals, sunglasses, driving lenses and more.
  • Can I bring someone along to my appointment?
    Yes, you're more than welcome to bring guest(s) to your appointment, or why not enjoy the experience together. We understand the value of a second opinion, especially when selecting the perfect eyewear!
  • I'm not due a Sight Test, can I still use this offer?
